AUSTRALIA SHIPPING:

• Free express ground shipping on all Australian domestic orders.

• Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday within 24-72 hours of receipt of purchase.

• All deliveries require an adult signature, once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to ship your order to a secure location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• Free shipping on all international orders.

• Orders are shipped with DHL Express

• Upon arrival to the destination country, orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country's customs department. The recipient must bear all or any additional charges for customs clearance. 

•  All g.o.d packages require an adult signature, once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to ship your order to a secure location.

• Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges on international orders (we do not accept returns from outside of Australia). Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
