Refund policy

RETURNS:

Please choose carefully as refunds will be not be issued for change of mind. Items may be returned within 7 days from purchase for exchange only, valid from three months of issue date. Items must be unworn and in original packaging to quality assess for exchange. 

The difference must be paid in full for items exchanged for a higher value. The remaining balance for items exchanged for lesser value will be transferred for store credit, valid for 3 months. 

 When should I expect my exchange?

Returns will be handled within 3-5 business days after receiving your parcel. 

Can I exchange my order?

Unshipped orders are eligible for an exchange up to 60 days from the original purchase date. To exchange a shipped order, the original item must be returned (following the return procedure) and a new order must be placed. Please contact us at info@god-eyewear.com with any questions.

Why wasn’t my return accepted?

We are only able to accept returns in new, unworn condition. Including being free of scratches and other damages. We are unable to accept any returns with alterations and modifications. We are also unable to process returns made outside of the 7-day return window. Please contact us at info@god-eyewear.com  with any questions.
